The bungee workouts are absolutely amazing! The gym is always clean, organized, and has a huge assortment of equipment! The staff are extremely welcoming, and will help with any questions you may have without judgement (which hasn’t been the case for me at previous establishments)! I have never felt uncomfortable working out on my own, regardless of if there is staff in the building or not! No matter if you are new to it or not I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new place to workout!
